Abstract
The 20th anniversary of the International Academy of Refrigeration (IAR) practically concurred with the 40th anniversary of Kemerovo Technological Institute of Food Industry (KTIFI). The Institute is the base for the activities of the IAR regional division. Main objectives of the Kuzbass Regional Division of the IAR are modernization of educational, methodological and scientific research work, reinforcement of the laboratory capacity, training of highest-quality professionals, and further development of the ties with production enterprises.
