Abstract
A design of a device developed for thermal action on biological points of a human organism is described in the paper. The mathematical model is presented to calculate a temperature field for a zone of human organism locally heated by a semiconductor thermoelectric device. Critical results are available, their analysis being carried out; distribution of thermal fields and heat flows in the warm-up flap of a human organism being obtained.
