Results of tests of oil-filled low capacity screw compressor under high temperature conditions

Abstract
The plots of main characteristics of oil-filled screw compressor VSK 31 61-15Y, intended for operation in a heat pump or air conditioning system in the range of evaporating temperatures -1O...-4°C and condensing temperatures 49...63 °C are presented. The dependencies of real volumetric efficiency, performance, refrigerating and heat capacity from outside compression ratio of the compressor are obtained, confirming a possibility of effective use of compressor in the mentioned area.
