Abstract
Model of the possible development of the cavity is considered in work up to destruction of the block cheese in zone of her formation. The Branch of the small particles is from block cheese possible to consider as elementary act of the pulverizing. Since such act of the destruction is connected with use of power of the near interaction (the molecular and atomic), that correct to speak of his use as element nanotechnology.
