Abstract
There are a number of reasons that raise the price of systems using natural cold. Among them is high labor intensiveness of cutting, loading and transporting ice to the place of its consumption, as well as low effectiveness of cooling when ice is used. However, application of recently developed thermal machines can solve some charging- dependent problems and subsequent discharging of the heat accumulator. The system proposed by the authors differs from those considered earlier in that heat of air from the cooled chamber is transmitted to the thermal accumulator by portions by means of electrohydrodynamic system (EHD) and evaporative-condensation system (ECS).
