Abstract
Problems of changes at cellular level at conservation by a cold of a body of the person for the purpose of the subsequent revival and treatment are discussed. Among biophysical, technical, theological, ethical problems a problem of changes of cells and tissues in the course of freezing and defrosting can be one of leaders. These problems have multilevel character. Priority problems according to authors are allocated.
