Research of process of cooling of the packed fish in the environment of a carbon dioxide

Abstract
Researches of character of change of a temperature field and heat-conducting path change are conducted, at cooling of the packed fish by a carbon dioxide. Values of density of a thermal stream and heat-conducting path factor are defined at different temperatures in the chamber with a thermal protection. It is established that at cooling snow СО2 located in an internal cavity of the packed carcass of fish the heat-conducting path is asymmetrical that will lead to non-uniform cooling of fish.
