Abstract
Discussed here is one of the ways of cooling a screw compressor by injections of working liquid in its compression cavity. To analyze the processes occurring during compression of working substance, a system of equations was developed. It helped to find out that injecting liquid working substance in the compression cavities increases compression work, so it cannot be recommended for production lines.
