Abstract
The paper considers the data about the influence of thermal and hydraulic characteristics of micro heat exchangers on energy consumption and mass and dimensions parameters of cryogenic plants with refrigerants throttling, designed for thermal stabilization of electronic devices with low power of heat release. The schemes of plants, formulae for the determination of energy consumption, data on the main parameters determining partial recuperation and hydraulic resistance in micro heat exchangers are given.
