Abstract
The paper considers issues of optimizing equipment development and improvement expenses as well as those for a control system, with the view of providing necessary efficiency level of the total system functioning. A priori uncertainty being typical of present-daycomplexindustrialsystems, quality control problems are proposed to be solved on the basis of the methods of entropy potentials theory; models and approaches for solving the set problems being presented.
