Abstract
The work pioneers the method and the device for defining experimentally the pressure of a jet of gas flow and the speed of the electric discharge suction torch. The results of the investigations can be used in scientific research and applied versions of the processes involving drying, freezing and thawing of food and biological products with the purpose of heat-and-mass transfer intensification.
