Possibilities of implementing the effects of cavitation for shredding food raw materials

Abstract
A model showing origination of the cavitation effect is considered. The obtained analytical correlations have been used to analyse their applications in real technological equipment for cavitation shredding of food products in a rotary pulse unit.
