Abstract
An equation is offered to describe a wide neighbourhood of the critical point in accordance with the modern theory of critical phenomena, and to reflect all characteristic features in the behaviour of thermodynamic functions. Equation factors have been found in the MathCAD package engaging an experimental data array. The results obtained attest to the fact that the offered equation matches the conventional asymmetric scaling equations in accuracy and range, but meets the requirement of equal chemical potentials with more precision.
