Abstract
3D modeling is mostly intended for the development of a three-dimensional graphic component or object, with the aim of its further application, and is the basis for the development and creation of the finished part. Each of the design systems has its own additional properties, modeling functions, and some of them are compatible with each other. With the help of these programs, you can completely draw both the refrigeration equipment and the entire refrigeration enterprise, simulate the operation of the refrigeration unit, draw a diagram of the operation of the refrigeration unit, and correctly place the equipment in the space. The article presents the process of step-by-step 3D modeling of an ice arena with sections, views, and a schematic diagram of a refrigeration unit with the arrangement of refrigeration equipment and the wiring of pipelines. Using 3D modeling in the design of refrigeration units significantly reduces the duration of the process of developing and editing complex graphic objects, and also allows to show accurately the device or place objects inside the room. Using this data, it becomes possible to accurately calculate the lengths, areas, volumes, hydraulic resistances in pipes, and the reaction of supports, which allows reducing the material consumption during the installation of objects. With the help of 3D visualization, the behavior of the object, its physical properties, peak loads, and other parameters are observed, in addition, these programs allow to control the technological parameters, timely bring the plant into operating modes or simulate emergency situations, which makes it possible to simulate the operation of automation devices and equipment of the refrigeration unit: compressors, pumps, solenoid valves, bypass valves, etc., which allows to predict the operation of the plant in various emergency situations and clearly show the weak points in the operation of the refrigeration unit. The three-dimensional model obtained as a result of 3D modeling allows to evaluate the geometry of the object regardless of subjective factors as well as to give a complete picture of the finished project, which is currently very popular in the industry.
