Abstract
Due to import substitution, it is necessary to introduce Russian scroll compressor designs to replace foreign analogues.Active research was conducted in Russia at the end of the last century, but due to the political situation in Russia, production of domestic scroll compressors was not implemented, as this niche was quickly occupied by foreign manufacturers. Thus, the creation of mathematical models of scroll compressors that take into account the influence of various factors and the regulation of their performance for the production of both new scroll compressors and when searching for alternative options for replacing existing ones is a highly relevant area. The authors have developed a program for calculating the characteristics of a scroll compressor, SPIRALCOMPR.This program, implemented in the Fortran Power Station algorithmic language, is self-contained and allows one to determine the current parameters of the working fluid in paired cells of a scroll compressor at various points in time, as well as its integral characteristics. An algorithm based on a mathematical model of thermodynamic processes occurring in a scroll compressor can operate if a number of initial parameters are given. The results of the numerical study are recommended to be used in the design of scroll compressors.
