Abstract
Experimental researches of processes of dehydration of thermolabile materials in vacuum in modes of removal of a moisture by evaporation, or sublimation, and also in the conditions of their combination are spent. The mathematical model of consecutive calculation of all stages of such processing of materials in the presence of various phase transitions is developed and tested. The specified analytical decision of a quasistationary problem calculations on which have shown good coincidence to experimental results is received.
